Jonny focuses on movement, meditation and the Systema martial art and therapies. His focus is on ‘awakening’ the ancient and inherent wisdom of the physical form. Jonny’s practice is designed to reduce learned dependencies and engage inner fire through an understanding of kinetic energy and biomechanics.
